Emperor Leber Kaiser is the head of the Berman Empire. He was originally teased in the first volume of Fuga's Little Tail Archives and mentioned briefly during Fuga 2's Empathy events. In Fuga 3, he is slated to be the main antagonist for what appears to be the game's first half.
Biography
Emperor Leber Kaiser is a hulking, tall Caninu man of unknown breed. He is dressed in militant Berman attire adorned with multiple medals and badges. A large scar covers the right side of his face.
Once fused to a certain large airship, he becomes ginormous and deformed. Glowing purple markings cover the top half of his body, with his lower half becoming tubing attached to the ship. His appearance here is very similar to the corrupted form Bruno Dondurma takes when fused to Lares.
