Flare Pris is the youngest sister of the Pris sisters & co-leader of the Black Cats Gang in Tail Concerto.
Biography
Flare is the adopted sister of Alicia and Stare. Young and hyper, she looks up to Alicia and follows whatever she believes. As the youngest, she is the most active and energetic. While she does not share Alicia's hatred of the Caninu, she does enjoy causing mischief to them.
Flare is the most energetically designed of the Pris sisters, with a bright color palette that really drives the fact that she's the youngest & most happy-go-lucky sister. Her sense of style is also the most pirate-like due to her do-rag and striped tank top, which fits the Black Cats Gang's reputation of being seen as sky pirates in Solatorobo.
