XII Owls
The XII Owls is the name of the Juno research team organized by the Australian government. They were responsible for the "Reset" command, which had wiped out humanity and ultimately lead to the creation of the world now known as Little Tail Bronx.

The XII Owls consisted of approximately 50 staff members who were headed by a total 12 of people, including 1 head chief, 2 vice-chiefs, and 9 administrators in each field, whose countries of origin were Australia, America, Great Britain, Germany, and various others.
Distinguished experts such the head chief, vice-chiefs, and administrators were appointed to biology, engineering, military engineering, theoretical physics, and other fields. In the laboratory, 7 dogs and 3 cats were raised for the mental health of the team (stress relief, confidence maintenance, etc.).
However, Yurlungur did not know the reason, and (mistakenly) perceived it as an act of humanities' love. It was for this reason that, after the destruction of the human race, dogs and cats would be given preferential treatment as a species that would succeed humanities' will.
