She is a childhood friend of Waffle Ryebread and possible love interest. She has a hatred for all dog people and wants to collect five artifact jewels that will help her to build a homeland for all the cats. Unfortunately for her, she doesn't know the full story behind these crystals, and her emotions sometimes get in her way.

Biography

Quick to anger and tomboyish, the fact that she and childhood friend Waffle are on opposite sides of the law (as well as different races) makes their relationship complex. Alicia hates Dog-People and believes that they stole Prairie from the Cat-People. But she still holds Waffle dear to her heart, despite the opposite sides; this is evident that she cherishes the pendant he gave to her when they were children.

Alicia's physical appearance is that of a typical Felineko. Her brown fur is rather simplistic with only a darker pointed tail, though her hair is one of her more prominent features with it being a stark mix of cream & black. Her clothing is almost all a fluorescent red which goes in tandem with her catty attitude. Her overall aesthetic leans towards a classic Arabian style. Both of Alicia's eyes are perfectly fine, as by the end of Tail Concerto it's revealed that her eye patch was simply for show.

In Solatorobo

Alicia serves a minor role as an "antagonist" along with her sisters in Solatorobo's side missions. During Red Savarin's first encounter with the Black Cats Gang it's made evident that Alicia has been following Waffle all the way to the Shepard Republic, which is described as being a large distance away from Prairie Kingdom. While she keeps her purpose for this vague it's crystal clear that she just wants Waffle's attention.

During the mission "A Kidnapped Sister", Alicia sets up a fake kidnapping with other poorly-acting sky pirates in an attempt to bait Waffle into rescuing her. Due to Flare and Stare posting a rescue mission to Flomage, however, Red ends up rescuing Alicia instead while her intended savior arrives late due to assisting an elderly woman. This mix up aggravates Alicia so much that she leaves in a huff, all the while both her sisters and Waffle berate her for worrying everyone.

When Red takes on the Prairie Kingdom Cup in the Duel Ship he witnesses Alicia & Princess Terria arguing over something before the third round. When Alicia catches sight of him, she exclaims that he has no shame and that he'll get back everything he's done to her gang "100 times over", leaving Red fairly confused as he doesn't seem to recall past encounters. When the battle is just about to begin, Cyan is shocked to see the sisters participating and rudely assumes they're up to no good. Alicia, offended, clears up that they're simply there to see sights (though Stare admits that they truly are around to cause trouble).
