Likewise, ''Solatorobo'' and ''Fuga'' play and progress very differently and thus have different approaches to how locations are used; ''Solatorobo'' treats each island as a village or town onto itself (the artworks representing each island highlight their most prominent features in a ''Kingdom Hearts''-like way, caring more about showing off the island's individual identity than being geographically logical or accurate), whereas Fuga mostly takes place in the empty space between these villages or towns, assuming they even exist yet. The second ''Fuga'' game states that Pharaoh and Mastiff were originally of the same province until the Vanargand's attack split them into two separate ones that are known to compete with one another. We also have the island of Vizsla (the main settlement and the nearby swamp) in ''Solatorobo'' and the Vizsla Wetlands in the first ''Fuga'' game, but the second ''Fuga'' game treats Vizsla as just another part of Dale Kurilia (since the southern half of the island hasn't broken off like in ''Solatorobo''); so where each location starts and ends is going to be fuzzy if we just stuff every detail into one page. Give Gasco and Shepherd separate pages, and consider how locations in Fuga and Solatorobo are similarly different
Yeah, I understand the idea of keeping it all in one place, but Shepherd and Gasco are still pretty distinct in a lot of ways, as are Solatorobo and Fuga in how they use these locations ("Airedale" is a self-contained town in Solatorobo, whereas "Dale" is a larger province in Fuga that has the named sub-locations of Pom Plains, the village of Tosa and the Basenji Wastelands—and the map seen in the second Fuga game shows "Dale Kurilia" as being a separate island from the smaller landmass that will become Solatorobo's Airdale).
For comparison, the Pokémon wiki Bulbapedia has the region of Sinnoh (the setting for the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl games) on a separate page from Hisui (the past version of Sinnoh from Pokémon Legends: Arceus) given the different characters, culture and society at play. What individual locations have separate pages for different points in time is a case-by-case thing (e.g. Mount Coronet has a single page due to it not changing that much between games, whereas Jubilife Village and Jubilife City have their own distinct pages because of how geographically different and far more developed the latter is from the former, a similar case can be seen in how the pristine Temple of Sinnoh has decayed into the Spear Pillar ruins in the modern day).
Plus, in terms of climate and general geography, I'd say Sinnoh and Hisui probably have more in common than Shepherd and Gasco do. Especially when you consider how Gasco being an older version of Shepherd was a twist in the first Fuga game, compared to how Hisui being an older version of Sinnoh was the entire selling point of it.
Likewise, Solatorobo and Fuga play and progress very differently and thus have different approaches to how locations are used; Solatorobo treats each island as a village or town onto itself (the artworks representing each island highlight their most prominent features in a Kingdom Hearts-like way, caring more about showing off the island's individual identity than being geographically logical or accurate), whereas Fuga mostly takes place in the empty space between these villages or towns, assuming they even exist yet. I'd argue Pharaoh probably has the most reason to have its Fuga and Solatorobo details on one page as it's a capital and industrial city in both incarnations (along with how the second Fuga game mentions that a rail line is being developed to transfer material from the mountains to Pharaoh, alluding to the trains that Solatorobo-era Pharaoh is known for), but it's the exception rather than the rule.
And there's even the fact that—thanks to the Vanargand's attack—defined locations in Fuga can change between just the first and second game. Aside from the aforementioned case of Airdale and Dale Kurilia, the first Fuga game describes Pharaoh as being a settlement within the province of Mastiff Central (though it being a "village" was retconned by the second game into it being the second-largest city in Gasco). The second Fuga game states that Pharaoh and Mastiff were originally of the same province until the Vanargand's attack split them into two separate ones that are known to compete with one another. We also have the island of Vizsla (the main settlement and the nearby swamp) in Solatorobo and the Vizsla Wetlands in the first Fuga game, but the second Fuga game treats Vizsla as just another part of Dale Kurilia (since the southern half of the island hasn't broken off like in Solatorobo); so where each location starts and ends is going to be fuzzy if we just stuff every detail into one page.
